## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Kingsley Village, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a high-pressure environment, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 17:00-21:00

- Monday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
