## Description

We are seeking an Uppdragsansvarig Byggnadskonstruktör to join our structural engineering team in Göteborg. As an Uppdragsansvarig, you will have overall responsibility for projects, leading internal work, and communicating with clients on contractual and financial matters.

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery meets client and WSP expectations

- Coordinate technical aspects, workflow, and daily activities with team members

- Communicate with clients on contractual and financial matters

- Develop and maintain client relationships

- Collaborate with colleagues on marketing and sales activities

Requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience in building construction and general construction, preferably in a consulting role

- University or college degree in construction or civil engineering

- Excellent Swedish language skills, both written and verbal; good English language skills an advantage

- Strong leadership and sales skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to develop personally and professionally
