## Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Analyst to join our team at Paidy, a leading BNPL service company in Japan. As a Sales Development Analyst, you will contribute to sales development solutions and initiatives, engage and collaborate with the immediate team, suggest process efficiencies, exercise judgment on important issues, and support the team in achieving sales targets and goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Contribute to sales development solutions and initiatives

**Requirements:**

- 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Sales Leader with exposure to Partner Sales

- Marketing experience is a plus

- Knowledge of Fintech industry standards, technology, and overall business

- Native Japanese ability required and Business English ability preferred

- Experience in making Sales Presentation and managing internal stakeholders to lead new initiatives
