## Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Support Associate to join our team at Wolt, a technology company that enables delivery services in multiple cities worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Handling live chats from customers, venues, and courier partners

- Collaborating with the support team and other departments to develop the support function

- Ensuring smooth delivery operations and providing support to restaurant and retail partners

- Focusing on the Czech and Slovak markets

Requirements include:

- Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset

- Excellent communication skills with a personal touch

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in a customer-facing role

- Fluency in Slovak and professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)

- Availability for shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

- Ability to start working from October 2026

The basic wage component for this full-time remote Support Associate role is 1,270€ brutto per month. The pay range for this position is between €1,200-€1,270 EUR.
