We are seeking a Compensation Associate to join our Human Resources team at People Services in New York.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse market data to determine competitive compensation ranges

- Develop and implement compensation programmes to attract and retain top talent

- Collaborate with management to design and administer bonus and incentive plans

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies

- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation-related matters

Requirements:

- Experience in compensation analysis and programme development
