## Description

As a Consultant Capaciteitsmanagement, you will work at the intersection of data, consultancy, and product development. You will support hospitals with analyses and advice and contribute to the development of innovative tools and solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Execute projects related to capacity and care processes

- Analyze data (planning, throughput, occupancy) and identify improvements

- Advise stakeholders at all levels

- Translate data into concrete and actionable insights

- Bridge between market, data, and product

- Translate customer needs into product requirements

- Collaborate on product development and innovations

- Support sales with use cases, demos, and quotes

- Standardize approaches and tools

- Contribute to scalable solutions and dashboards

- Manage change processes

- Monitor quality, timing, and impact

**Profile**

- At least 3 years of relevant experience

- Strong analytical skills, experience with complex datasets

- Affinity with healthcare and capacity management

- Strong communication and stakeholder skills

- Independent, structured, and result-oriented

- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Very good knowledge of NL/FR and willing to travel within Belgium
