## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our new residential addiction rehab service at Priory Tudor House in Grafton Regis. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our new service from the ground up.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping clients build resilience and manage everyday triggers during their recovery journey. The role involves leading handovers, building meaningful relationships with clients, maintaining high standards of administrative work, and conducting health and safety checks.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading seamless shift handovers and sharing critical insights

- Building rapid connections with clients and supporting them during their stay

- Managing high volumes of administrative work, including daily records and safety reports

- Conducting routine health and safety checks to ensure a safe and compliant environment

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to protect client dignity and confidentiality

The ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Strong literacy and computer skills

- The ability to lead smooth handovers and guide daily tasks

- Exceptional patience and emotional stamina
