## Description

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our Mortgage Relationship Management team as a Channel Sales Manager.

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will proactively promote the Bank's secured loan business, including mortgage loans and secured overdraft products, through the Bank's direct banking business channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with branches to acquire mortgage business

- Assisting the District Lead in coaching and guiding team members to handle mortgage application documents and submit them for credit assessment

- Monitoring the sales process to ensure compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures

- Participating in cross-selling other financial products and services to customers

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the mortgage business and recommending corresponding business strategies

- Managing operational risk and observing relevant policies and guidelines

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline

- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE 123)

- Proven experience in mortgage lending business with solid knowledge of mortgage products and good credit knowledge

- Strong sales and service orientation, with good interpersonal and leadership skills

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua an advantage

- A high level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services
