## Description

Tide is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to oversee the Acquiring Transaction Monitoring team, focusing on fraud detection, compliance, and risk management.

The successful candidate will lead, manage, and mentor a team of Transaction Monitoring Analysts, ensuring performance metrics are met, including transaction reviews, case resolution times, and fraud detection accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing resources and setting priorities for the team

- Supervising transaction monitoring to detect suspicious activities in real-time or through post-transaction analysis

- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as AML and card network rules

- Developing strategies to reduce fraudulent activities and improving transaction monitoring processes

- Collaborating with stakeholders, including internal and external auditors

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in merchant banking, card acquiring, or transaction monitoring

- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment

- Deep understanding of card acquiring processes, payment networks, and fraud detection methodologies

- Analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
