## Description

At Bayer, we're visionaries driven to solve the world's toughest challenges. As a Denver South Sales Consultant, you will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products and drive launch activities for an anticipated menopause product launch.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Build and develop professional relationships with primary care physicians, pharmacy staff, and other customers

- Drive demand, clinical education, and sales by developing and implementing a strategic business plan

- Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Provide input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning

- Develop and implement effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understand customers' product and business needs and work to meet them while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

Requirements:

- Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states

- Product launch experience

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities

- Virtual sales experience

Salary range: $124,320 to $186,480 per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
