## Description

PayPal is seeking a Senior Director, Product Growth to lead end-to-end growth across its U.S. consumer credit portfolio, including PayPal Credit, PayPal Cashback Mastercard, and Venmo Credit Card.

The role involves shaping and driving a cohesive strategy spanning customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a sizable credit card portfolio at a major issuer and a track record of driving new-customer acquisition and existing-customer growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing an overall business strategy to drive revenue growth and global market expansion

- Leading negotiations with external partners and engaging cross-functional support colleagues

- Aligning product and business levers to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities

- Partnering with product, risk, and issuing bank to improve the application, underwriting, onboarding, and activation experience

- Championing the voice of the customer and influencing priorities across various teams

- Leading and developing a high-performing team

The base pay for this role will depend on location and experience, with an expected range of $218,000 - $323,950 annually in New York City.
