## Description

As an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue, you will be responsible for the store in Arnhem alongside the Store Manager. Your daily focus will be on improving store processes and enthusiastically leading a store team. This involves ensuring continuous growth in NPS and commercial results for your store.

Key responsibilities include:

- Efficient handling of in-store processes such as cash handling, safety, administration, shelf planning, and correct use of our systems.

- Driving improvements in our processes by analysing data to gain insights and action points, making our store processes and the Coolblue store better every day.

- Leading, coaching, and guiding a store team to improve daily, through involvement in the recruitment process, conducting feedback, performance, and appraisal interviews, absence conversations, and difficult news discussions.

- Inspiring your team to achieve and exceed goals, including a high NPS. You will also set an example by pitching in with tasks.
