## Description

We are seeking an ITSM Administrator to join our Geo Spaces Team, playing a pivotal role in enabling reliable, auditable, and ITIL-aligned service delivery across a complex Defence program environment.

You will design, configure, and maintain Jira Service Management workflows, automations, SLAs, forms, queues, reporting, and governance controls that support Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with stakeholders to translate operational policies and ITIL practices into practical tooling

- Supporting and governing multiple environments and instances

- Developing dashboards, trend analysis, and reporting capabilities

The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and administering Jira Service Management, practical experience applying ITIL Service Management processes, and analytical capability to interpret service data.

This role requires an Australian citizen with an active TSPV Security Clearance and the ability to obtain a DISA/OSA.
