## Description

We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Commodity Manager for 'High Power Lasers, Pump Lasers, CW Lasers, ELSFP'. You will be part of a highly impactful and dynamic organization collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

The Global Supplier Management (GSM) Organization is an industry leader in sourcing and supplier management that enables sustained innovation and supply chain excellence. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing industry knowledge and understanding of Optics and Photonics components fabrication technologies and market trends.

- Collaborating with Business Unit partners to understand long-term requirements and mapping them into supply base offerings.

- Defining and implementing sourcing decisions aligned with Commodity strategy and performing risk assessments.

- Managing supplier relationships during development and NPI phases.

- Negotiating and driving all aspects of legal agreements.

- Analyzing data and translating it into clear technical and business insights.

- Developing and executing short-, mid-, and long-term strategies.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Master's degree in a technical subject with 7+ years of experience.

- Knowledge of Optical technologies and fabrication processes.

- Deep technical expertise on key Components used in Optical Systems.

- Experience in design, fabrication, and testing of lasers for Optical Communications.
