## Description

As a Customer Service Team Member at Starling, you will be the point of contact for customers, responding to their needs efficiently and timely. The role involves handling a wide range of queries, from simple to complex, via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

The starting salary for this role is £28,000 FTE (roughly £18,600 for 25 hours, pro-rata).

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service via various channels

- Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions that benefit customers

- Maintain high standards and strive to improve the service

- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary

- Support continuous improvement within the contact centre

- Actively seek to improve processes and workflows

- Work well within a dynamic team environment

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable talking to customers via various channels

- Resilience in handling difficult interactions

- Basic IT skills to navigate laptops and systems

- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
