## Description

We are looking for an Analyst, Deal Operations to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, you’ll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for quoting, pricing structure, and contracting for our Sales team.

## Responsibilities

- Review and approve quotes and contract workflows within policy; escalate exceptions with clear context

- Enable product tiers, configure accounts, and manage trial extensions, and coordinate billing

- Provide guidance to Sales teams on deal structure, approval requirements, and process

- Document processes and help build SOPs and escalation guides

- Optimize, streamline, and automate quote-to-cash processes

- Serve as a subject matter expert on deal constructs, operational procedures, and controls

## Requirements

- 1+ years in a Deal Desk environment, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company

- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales-related systems

- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

- Excellent project management instincts, with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time

- A “get things done” mentality; able to dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
