We are now seeking a motivated Sales Representative: Repairs Division to join our growing family.

**Job Summary** This field-based Sales Representative position gives you the opportunity to meet directly with homeowners, perform roof inspections, evaluate repair needs, and recommend customized solutions while delivering outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities** As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through each stage of the sales process with professionalism, maintain organized communication and follow-up, and build trust through knowledgeable recommendations and exceptional customer service.

**Requirements** Success in this role requires at least one year of roofing industry experience, strong communication abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while consistently providing outstanding customer service.

**Physical Demands** Candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds occasionally, and performing inspections in varying weather conditions at customer work sites.
