## Description

We are seeking a Manager - POD Design to join our team at Swiggy Instamart, a leading convenience grocery delivery service in India.

As a Manager - POD Design, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and program managing delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement using lean methodology.

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes, specifically in the FnV unit of Instamart, inventory management, and storage, 5S

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance quality and productivity

- Drive process improvement and re-engineering, supporting the implementation of changed processes to improve quality and productivity

- Collaborate with product teams to create process and product design flows for manpower efficiency improvement and better inventory management

- Apply project management principles in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled, structured implementations

- Strive for productivity increases through automation and optimization of operational processes

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in executing and implementing tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Self-driven with demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive approach

- Proficiency in data analysis and understanding large databases

- Strong interest in supply chain management, analytical skills, and persistence in working with data to extract insights

- Ability to identify and address root causes of problems, consider all relevant factors before devising solutions, and manage stakeholders effectively
