## Description

Diageo Global Business Operations is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional and high-quality payroll administration service, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.

Key responsibilities include:

- Validating payroll inputs and outputs, and administering accurate and timely payrolls for assigned countries

- Preparing detailed variance analysis for quality analysis

- Interacting and managing relationships with payroll service providers

- Ensuring all employee queries are answered in a timely manner, coordinating with vendors

- Handling payroll audits, both internal and external

- Maintaining technical knowledge of statutory payments and deductions

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, a bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, and excellent communication skills. They should be proficient in MS Office, have experience with ServiceNow ticketing system, and be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
