At Braze, we're a customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver great customer experiences. We're seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Financial Services segment, servicing our Americas book of business.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. You will serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team and collaborate with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams.

Responsibilities:

- Be on the leading edge of new Braze capabilities, positioning our new BrazeAI capabilities to our most sophisticated customers.

- Collaborate with teammates across all departments and have a "get it done" attitude for our customers.

- Opportunities to be challenged beyond your existing capabilities with the full support of your teammates and our leadership team.

- Respect , Braze Solution Consultants are widely recognized as a critical cog of the overall Braze engine.

Requirements:

- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow-up skills.

- High level of intellectual curiosity and a "team player" mentality.

- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.

- Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.
