## Description

Join a high-impact digital transformation project and play a key role in the evolution of the Healthcare Information System (HIS) supporting healthcare services in Valencia. As a Senior IT Consultant – Interoperability and Information Systems, you will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative interoperability solutions, helping healthcare professionals access accurate, connected, and actionable information.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Define functional requirements and analyse needs for healthcare information systems projects, particularly within the HIS domain.

- Design and validate interoperability models.

- Participate in projects based on HL7 FHIR standards.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement interoperable APIs and services.

- Prepare functional documentation and specifications.

- Liaise with clients, clinical users, and development teams.

- Participate in data governance and knowledge management initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Health Sciences, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Information Systems Consultant.

- Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR and openEHR.

- Experience in healthcare interoperability projects.

- Strong functional analysis and process definition skills.

- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

**Nice to have:**

- Knowledge of SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, ORPHA, or equivalent clinical terminologies.

- Experience with healthcare data models.

- Knowledge of the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM).

- Experience in public healthcare sector projects.
