## Description

Hims & Hers is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Technology to own the FP&A for the Technology organization.

The successful candidate will report to the Director, FP&A, and be responsible for the day-to-day planning, forecasting, and analysis of one of the company's fastest-scaling and most strategically important cost centers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the tactical execution of the monthly forecast for the Technology organization

- Leading detailed budget-versus-actuals analysis each month

- Preparing the monthly budget deck and supporting analysis

- Managing headcount pacing and partnering with hiring managers on trade-offs

- Building and maintaining detailed models for cloud and infrastructure spend

- Driving resource tagging and initiative-level tracking

- Partnering with Technology and Finance leadership on trade-off decisions

The ideal candidate will have:

- A B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnership, or a related analytic field

- 4+ years of experience building and manipulating financial models and large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with non-finance partners

- A bias toward ownership and action, comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to have:

- Experience partnering with a Technology, Engineering, or Product organization

- Familiarity with cloud/infrastructure cost modeling and usage-based cost structures

- Experience with equity and SBC forecasting

- Experience with ERP and planning systems
