## Description

We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Rehab and Home Health team at Good Samaritan St Luke's and St John's. The position is full time, 35-40 hours per week, M-F, covering Skilled Nursing Facilities and surrounding area Home Health clients. We treat a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, weakness, balance/falls/gait, cervical/back pain, general deconditioning, and others.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

- Conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.

- Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.

- Documenting client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establishing therapeutic plans and modifying them if necessary.

- Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.

You will be working with a team of experienced professionals, including a full-time PT and PTA, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
