## Description

The Finance & Strategy team at Zendesk serves as trusted advisors, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses and thought partnership.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will influence and create strong, trusted relationships across business leaders, leveraging high-precision forecasting and complex financial models to communicate actionable insights and drive business decisions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the lead partner to Product Development leadership, providing accurate financial and non-financial information and analyses for business decisions.

- Develop financial models for product launches, including opportunity sizing, ARR target alignment, COGS inputs, and operating expenses.

- Perform ongoing and ad hoc analyses, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on key financial and operational metrics against strategic goals.

- Establish processes and drive process improvements to optimize financial systems and improve forecast accuracy.

- Own standardized financial monthly/quarterly budgeting and internal/external reporting processes.

**Minimum Requirements:**

- 10+ years of experience in technology, banking, private equity, corporate finance, economics, or consulting.

- Advanced skills in building scalable financial models using Excel or Google suite.

- Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to establish collaborative relationships.

- Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and change.

- Proficiency in using, managing, and building out planning tools and applications.

- Experience with financial planning systems (Adaptive, Hyperion).

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $146,000.00-$220,000.00.
