## Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Execution Manager to lead a team of merchandising coordinators in Brazil.

As a Regional Execution Manager, you will be responsible for managing and achieving KPIs defined for the region, including store coverage, distribution, assortment, and additional product allocations.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and achieve KPIs defined for the region

- Build strong relationships with clients and provide first-class service

- Implement promotions and ensure compliance with agreed-upon conditions

- Train, motivate, and develop the skills of the team to maximize potential and results

- Conduct field visits and sales training with coordinators

- Define and communicate SMART objectives for coordinators

- Ensure the team guarantees and improves the presence of the Red Bull brand in stores

- Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment

- Perform administrative tasks, including filling out reports and analyzing performance

Requirements:

- Experience in leadership, motivation, and teamwork

- Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel

- Commitment to people management and development

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with field force automation

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Advanced English language skills desirable
