## Description

We are seeking a Manager, RM to join our team in Bangkok. As a Manager, RM, you will be responsible for managing sales performance in your assigned region.

Responsibilities:

- Be the company's representative and responsible for sales performance in your assigned region

- Collaborate on strategic planning and present to RH and ZH to support sales across all channels

- Lead the team in coordinating with ZH to communicate product information and campaign goals

- Develop sales capabilities of bank employees with ZH

- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against set targets

- Develop and coach team members to improve efficiency and achieve goals

- Analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions

- Foster good relationships with RH and ZH

- Work collaboratively with the Head of Sales and AVP
