## Description

We are seeking a Chief Engineer to manage all engineering and maintenance operations at our Hong Kong property.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant, with a focus on safety, security, and asset protection.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation

- Leading the emergency response team for all facility issues

- Supervising the day-to-day operations of Engineering

- Ensuring compliance with all Engineering departmental policies, standards, and procedures

- Maintaining accurate logs and records as required

- Providing exceptional customer service and displaying leadership in guest hospitality

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing

- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or a related major; 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing
