## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Leeds White Rose as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the café runs smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Maintaining high food safety standards

- Working effectively as part of a team

- Adapting quickly to changing situations

The work pattern is part-time, with set hours:

- Wednesday: 09:00 - 15:15

- Thursday: 09:00 - 15:15

- Friday: 09:00 - 15:15

- Saturday: 11:00 - 17:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
