## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with potential full-time hours during peak seasons. Your tasks will include:

- Providing five-star service at pace to meet strong customer demand

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapting to various areas of the store and changing demands

This role requires digital confidence, resilience, and flexibility. You'll thrive in a high-pressure environment, stay sharp, and focus on serving, selling, filling, and driving growth in sales.

**Hours of Work:**

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

- Monday: 05:30-09:30

- Friday: 05:30-09:30

- Saturday: 05:30-09:30

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- This job role involves working early mornings, so applicants must be over 18 years old to comply with health and safety legislation.
