## Description

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Xstore solution architect to join the Design Pod of a global luxury retail POS transformation. You will own the end-to-end solution design for Xstore Point of Service and Xstore Office, ensuring each market is designed on the global template with minimal customisation.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct fit-gap and adopt-vs-adapt assessments per market

- Design solutions and FSDs for POS flows

- Handle country localisation, including fiscalisation, tax, and e-invoicing

- Provide technical design inputs for customisations, extensions, and integrations

- Design hand-over packs to delivery PODs

- Contribute to the Base Template roadmap and design reviews

Requirements:

- Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management and problem-solving

- Experience building and growing teams

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (C2 proficiency); French is a strong advantage

- Deep knowledge of Xstore Point of Service and Office, Oracle Retail, and cloud integration patterns

- 15+ years in retail technology and 8+ years designing Oracle Xstore solutions

- Lead or chief architect on a multi-country POS rollout, ideally 10+ countries

- Strong luxury, fashion, or premium retail background
