## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide remarkable service to customers

- Recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise our digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

This is a part-time, flexible role, working across various areas of the store.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Hours of work:** Week 1: Sunday 10am - 2pm Monday 8am - 1pm Tuesday 12pm - 4pm Saturday 9am -1pm

Week 2: Sunday 11am - 4pm Tuesday 4am - 8am Thursday 6am - 10am Saturday 9am - 1pm
