Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Eclipse Park, Maidstone. As a frontline team member, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:** Wednesday 07:45-14:00 Thursday 07:45-14:00 Friday 07:45-14:00 Saturday 07:45-14:00

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving growth
