Come build what matters. The national Ford TRAC Coordinator will oversee and manage the nationwide Technician Ready Accelerated Certification (TRAC) programs. The position acts as a high-level liaison between Ford Motor Company, colleges and technical schools, and Ford and Lincoln dealerships to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the TRAC program. ## Responsibilities - New Program Launch Coordination: Partner with the field team to identify prospective TRAC program locations and facilitate buy-in meetings with supporting community colleges and local Ford/Lincoln dealerships.
