## Description

We are seeking a dispute resolution lawyer to join our team in Düsseldorf. As part of our litigation team, you will work on various commercial disputes, including corporate disputes, cartel damages, construction and project disputes, and contractual disputes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Drafting pleadings and expert opinions

- Preparing for oral hearings

- Working on legal publications

- Collaborating with colleagues in the office and across different time zones

As a trainee or junior lawyer, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the daily work of a dispute resolution lawyer and develop your skills through our HLC Next programme, which includes mentoring, training, and networking events.
