## Description

We are seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Le Saint-Gervais Hotel & Spa – Handwritten Collection in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, France.

As a key player in the mountain business tourism, our 4-star hotel offers a personalised and warm experience to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of service and safety during the night shift, working 3 nights a week.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming late-arriving guests and early departing guests, adhering to Accor standards.

- Ensuring the safety of people and property during the night.

- Performing daily closing operations on Opera Cloud.

- Controlling and verifying daily receipts, invoicing, and financial reports.

- Managing the telephone switchboard and handling guest requests professionally.

- Conducting surveillance rounds of common areas.

- Preparing arrival documents and transmitting information to daytime teams.

- Handling potential complaints with discretion and diplomacy.

- Contributing to the smooth operation of the establishment during the night shift.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 2 years of experience in hotel reception, preferably in a night shift position.

- Knowledge of hospitality procedures and standards.

- Impeccable presentation, attention to detail, and professional expectations.

- Flexibility, versatility, and adaptability.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

- Rigour, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.

- Ability to work independently and manage emergency situations calmly.

- Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office and hotel software).

- Fluency in English (international clientele).

- Experience within the Accor group would be an asset.
