## Description

We are seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join our Outpatients team at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital on a bank basis. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, confidence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes for MSK patients.

- Manage a diverse outpatient caseload, including sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, and long-term musculoskeletal conditions.

- Develop personalised treatment plans focused on achieving excellent clinical outcomes.

- Work collaboratively with consultants, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team.

- Support the ongoing delivery and development of a high-performing physiotherapy service.

- Promote best practice and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:

- BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.

- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.

- Minimum of 2 years' Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy experience.

- Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of MSK conditions.

- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
