## Description

We are seeking a Director, Analytics Engineering to shape the data infrastructure, modelling, and analytics capabilities of Webflow. You will design scalable data solutions, mentor and hire team members, and ensure high-quality data availability for analytics and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and own a long-term strategic vision for Webflow's enterprise data architecture

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Analytics Engineers

- Design and operationalise a unified semantic layer with canonical datasets

- Define and enforce comprehensive standards for data modelling, metadata management, and data governance

- Build and maintain a skills repository for analytics agents

- Represent Analytics Engineering in strategic discussions and partner with other analytics teams

Requirements:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in data and analytics engineering

- Proficiency with SQL, Python, data modelling, ETL/ELT, and cloud warehouses

- Track record of implementing high-quality data models and testing frameworks

Nice to have:

- Demonstrated strategic leadership experience managing high-performing analytics engineering teams

- Confident in setting vision for team growth and technical strategy

- Experience driving adoption of data best practices across teams
