## Description

Working as an Inbound Expert at Target means being part of a team that enables a consistent experience for guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

As an Inbound Expert, you will have the opportunity to gain skills and experience in:

- Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store

- Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement

- Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

A typical day as an Inbound Expert will include responsibilities such as:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation

- Stocking, organizing, and storing reserve product and straightening merchandise on the sales floor

- Maintaining product availability on the sales floor for General Merchandise categories

- Operating powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise

- Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Working in a safe manner at all times and reporting hazards

- Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive up

- Be able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

- Be able to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Have attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Be capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
