Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members.

As a Small Format Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience and anticipating guest needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Greeting guests and initiating a warm, helpful interaction

- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience

- Actively supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately for all departments

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step process

**Physical Demands:**

- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- Climb up and down ladders as needed

- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely

- Flexibility when picking up shifts

- Active engagement by picking up and working shifts
