## Description

Spire Hull Hospital are looking for a dedicated and motivated Housekeeper/Cleaner to join the housekeeping team on a permanent part-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing cleaning schedules related to their shift, ensuring rooms are ready and set to the correct layout as needed. This will involve cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, offices, public areas, sterile services department, and public toilets within the hospital. They will work in close liaison with clinical staff dealing with the varying needs of the hospital.

Responsibilities include:

- Completing cleaning schedules related to the shift

- Cleaning and maintaining bedrooms, offices, public areas, sterile services department, and public toilets

- Working in close liaison with clinical staff

- Complying with all Health and Safety at Work Regulations including COSHH

- Carrying out any other duties that reasonably fall within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality and/or housekeeping, although no formal qualifications are required and full training will be provided. They should have good knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety regulations, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
