## Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing your skills in sales, customer service, and brand management. The goal of this role is to provide you with the necessary training and experience to eventually move into an Account Sales Manager role.

Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand the basics of Red Bull and its products

- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and stock management

- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales

- Obtain all necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans

- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and other team members

- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License

- DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years old

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage
