As a Sales Advisor - Fashions, Home & Beauty at Marks & Spencer's Liffey Valley location, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your schedule will be as follows: Week 1:

- Sunday: 13:00 - 17:00

- Tuesday: 17:00 - 21:00

- Thursday: 18:00 - 22:00

- Saturday: 13:00 - 17:00

Week 2:

- Tuesday: 13:00 - 17:00

- Thursday: 13:00 - 17:00

- Friday: 17:00 - 21:00

Flexibility outside these hours is required.

#### Customer

- Proactively serve customers to create an exceptional experience, prioritising their needs above tasks.

- Ensure an inspiring shopping environment through excellent product presentation and availability.

- Participate in Plan A activities to support local community initiatives.

#### Selling

- Confidently sell products and services, utilising your product knowledge to increase sales in-store and through digital channels.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering personalised recommendations.

- Actively participate in store events to achieve selling targets.

#### Store

- Understand and contribute to store business priorities, ensuring high performance.

- Adhere to safe and legal working practices.

- Work productively to minimise losses and maximise efficiency.

#### Team

- Be adaptable and supportive of colleagues across the store.
