## About the Role

This is a sales role focused on early-stage, high-potential startups. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence among Chinese technology startups, particularly in emerging sectors like AI and SaaS. You need to possess a keen market sense to establish connections during the early stages of a company's development. Through professional service and a deep understanding of cross-border business, you will help startups solve pain points related to global treasury management and compliance.

## Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and engage high-potential startups in AI and emerging sectors through independent research and networking.

- Drive the full sales cycle from discovery to signing by addressing founders' specific needs in global treasury and compliance.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with early-stage clients to ensure Airwallex remains their partner of choice as they scale.

- Gather market insights and client feedback to help internal teams optimize solutions tailored for the startup segment.

## Requirements

- 3-5 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or the startup ecosystem.

- Strong execution and self-drive with the ability to work independently and navigate a fast-paced environment.

- Genuine interest in technology, especially AI, with the commercial acumen to understand startup business models.

- Native-level Mandarin and professional proficiency in English for effective internal and external communication.

- A customer-centric mindset with the patience to build trust and invest in the long-term growth of clients.
