## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tadworth Grove Bupa Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and honouring their choices.

You will be responsible for:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse

- Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard

- Confidence in offering clinical guidance to care teams and being crucial in helping with CQC tasks

- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Ability to build connections with residents and their families, providing kindness and support
