## Description

We are seeking a Manager of Printing Services to lead and develop a team of production team members in a fast-paced 24-7 production environment.

The successful candidate will provide direction, set goals for daily production, and manage the performance of their team while providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating projects

- Training team members and contractors

- Monitoring product and packaging quality

- Ensuring adherence to the production schedule

- Assigning work to team members and external contractors

- Maintaining and purchasing inventory of supply items

- Orienting new team members

- Ensuring safety practices and processes are adhered to at all times

Requirements:

- 4-Year degree in related field and/or 5 years’ experience in print environment

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment through multiple projects and details

- Proven track record for leading teams and managing performance

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision

- Able to read, understand and follow job instructions

- Able to work 12hr shifts

- Ability to report to and perform job duties primarily on-site at a Target headquarters location
