## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide PRN clinical coverage to our outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Greater Charlotte area.

As a Physical Therapist with Advocate Health, you will evaluate patients, establish patient care plans, and provide necessary modalities, procedures, exercise programs, and patient education.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients and develop appropriate patient care plans

- Gather and interpret data from medical records, physician reports, and patients/families

- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes

- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and clinical staff

- Provide patient and family education

- Direct and supervise activities of Physical Therapist Assistants, Technicians, students, and volunteers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy

- CPR Certification and BLS required

Scheduling Requirements:

- PRN Physical Therapists are scheduled with a minimum of 4-6 weeks advance notice

- Must be available to work 50% of working weekdays in a given month (typically 10-11 days per month)

- Required to work one Saturday per month with potential for flexible hours

Pay Range: $49.00 - $49.00
