## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

You'll be working part-time during the Christmas period, with varying shifts: WEEK 1 SUN - 15:00-19:00 WED - 15:00-19:00 FRI - 15:00-19:00

WEEK 2 MON - 15:00-19:00 WED - 15:00-19:00 SAT - 15:00-19:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Maintain high standards, balancing speed and accuracy

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues

- Adapt to changing situations and priorities
