## Description

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Field Sales organization. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, focusing on upselling via deal management. You will perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment. Your goal will be to drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

- Perform account planning for assigned accounts

- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions

- Coordinate cross-functionally with Workday's internal teams

About You:

- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels

- 4+ years of experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
