## Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to track, analyze, and interpret changes in PhilHealth, eSOA, DOH, and related regulations impacting HIS. You will define system scope, objectives, and regulatory impact through detailed research and fact-finding, and act as primary owner for regulatory interpretation and clarification.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing or modifying moderately complex information systems

- Analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary

- Guiding and advising less-experienced Business Systems Analysts

- Considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience

- Two years of experience in systems analysis

- Knowledge of business-wide applications or IQVIA client-facing applications and products

- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes
