## Description

We are seeking a Brand Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Edinburgh, Scotland.

As a Brand Expert, you will act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury Ambassador by leading and engaging Retailer's teams and managers with the unique Charlotte Tilbury vision.

Key responsibilities include:

- Achieving sales and KPI targets as set by your Manager

- Coaching retailer's teams to sell Charlotte Tilbury products to achieve weekly sales and KPI targets

- Owning and facilitating mini events and pre-booked services in-store to promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience and magic service whilst delivering sales

- Driving brand awareness and consideration by converting walk-in customers to services, always delivering Charlotte's magic service

- Utilising platforms provided by retailer to educate and engage teams with digital and video content

- Supporting visual merchandising, product layout, VM standards, testers, stock, and feedback to your line manager

Requirements:

- Naturally creative, seeking innovative ways to over-perform and deliver

- Entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on the 'why?' and taking risks to reach for 'wow' results
